Grown From Ancient Roots
Shaolin Kung Fu was born nearly 1500 years ago in the Songshan mountain of China. Throughout the centuries, many forms of martial arts have blossomed out of Shaolin Kung Fu, such as dragon, leopard, tiger, crane, and snake, but Shaolin Kung Fu is fertile soil from which they grew.
The origins of Tai Chi are obscure. Some believe it is a gentle Art leading to supreme self-control, and others believe it began as a form of self-defense. We at Shaolin Arts are lucky to be able to do both.
We respect our ancient roots at Shaolin Arts and instill a reverence for these ancient Chinese arts in all our students.
Our Values
Whether you’re learning Kung Fu or Tai Chi, we believe in fostering a culture of inclusion and self-respect.
We believe in the values of peace, harmony, and balance brought by these forms of ancient martial arts, so we pass them on to students like you so you can become successful in other aspects of your life.
